Head Chef Stefanos Polyzos drawing on his international and multidimensional experience (Grande Bretagne Hotel Athens, Sani Beach Hotel Chalkidiki, Greece and 1900 Bistrot Nicosia, Cyprus) created a menu using the finest local produce and own Olive Tree House Restaurant imports such as superior quality extra virgin olive oil, olives and herbs from small Greek farms.

The “MEZE” designed for sharing or for a small bite to accompany a fine wine at the bar or to create an appetite for a full meal is supplemented by a carefully selected assortment of fresh nutritious salads, main courses and desserts.
